Effective October 18, 2026
Terms of use
These Terms apply to the Jobssnap website, web dashboard, iOS app and Android app. By signing in or using Jobssnap, an authorized user agrees to these Terms and to the policies of the Workspace Organization that provided access. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Authorized use and accounts
Use Jobssnap only for legitimate cleaning-service operations and only within your assigned role, companies and workspaces. You must provide accurate information, follow applicable workplace and privacy laws, and have authority from the Workspace Organization to use the account. Accounts are individual, credentials must not be shared, temporary passwords must be changed when required, and a lost device or suspected compromise must be reported immediately.
Location, media and customer visibility
Assigned Staff and Supervisors may be required to submit a job-specific location check and photographs, videos or a verification selfie. Users must have permission to enter and record the property, capture only work-related evidence, and avoid unrelated people, documents and private areas. Workspace Admins control customer visibility; customer accounts cannot access original media.
Content and acceptable use
The Workspace Organization and its users retain their rights in submitted content and permit Jobssnap to store, process, convert, back up and display it only to operate the service. Users must not bypass security or location controls, access another tenant, falsify records, overload the service, upload malicious or unlawful content, or conduct unrelated surveillance.
Mobile permissions and third-party services
Some workflows require camera and precise location permissions. Notifications are optional unless the Workspace Organization requires them as part of its operating process. Jobssnap relies on infrastructure and platform providers including Contabo, Neon, Amazon Web Services, Google and Apple. Their services can be subject to separate platform terms.
Administration, suspension and deletion
Workspace Admins may activate, deactivate or delete supported accounts and business records according to their authority. Jobssnap may restrict or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Account deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and responsibility
Reasonable monitoring and encrypted backups support availability and recovery, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed and third-party networks, devices and infrastructure can fail. Jobssnap is an operations tool, not an emergency, payroll, accounting, safety-certification or statutory recordkeeping service. Users and Workspace Organizations remain responsible for verifying operational records and maintaining any legally required records.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jobssnap is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties that cannot be excluded by a written customer agreement. Jobssnap is not responsible for content submitted by users, unauthorized recording by a user, inaccurate device location, device failure, connectivity interruption or decisions made solely from an automated status. Any contractual warranties, liability limits, fees, service levels and support commitments are governed by the applicable written customer agreement.
Privacy and governing law
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Unless a written customer agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived. Questions should be directed to the Workspace Admin.
Changes
These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
